Job Description

Step into a dynamic role as an Accounts Representative, where your exceptional customer service,

with customers and vendors. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations, timely solutions, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and affiliates.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between customers and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee and manage the dispatch process for various service calls, prioritizing timely and effective resource allocation to meet customer needs.
  • Request and submit proposals for additional repairs/services and to correct deficiencies.
  • Follow up on completed inspections with affiliates to make sure the reports, paperwork, and invoices are sent to National Accounts in a timely manner.
  • Review the Call Analysis report from your account manager and provide status on work orders.
  • Review exception management queue and mark-up queue daily.
  • Review all paperwork for completeness and accuracy including the NTE (Not to Exceed) amounts on customer POs (purchase orders) prior to mark-ups.
  • Mark-up/price the service and inspection call properly before submitting to the Account Receivable team.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
  • 1+ year experience in customer service or work order management.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
